Because you will learn more in less time and the instruction can be customized to your unique characteristics. In group classes, golf instruction tends to be more generic and much less personal. Why go 5 days to a group school to learn less than you would in 2 days with Golf University?

What kind of improvement can you expect after attending Golf University?
Many golf schools make all kinds of promises, but honestly there is no way to know exactly how much you will improve. We can promise that you will leave our school with the knowledge and tools to continue the improvement you experienced during your stay with us, and if you establish a practice program and stick with it, you WILL improve and in many cases, dramatically so.

How do you match students and instructors?
Our instructors work with golfers of all abilities. Prior to your arrival we ask you to complete a 20 question player profile that allows us to match you with the instructor best suited for you.

What are the golf instructors' qualifications?
Every golf instructor at Golf University has been teaching full time for a minimum 5 years; the average staff instructor has been teaching more than 15 years. All are accredited members of the PGA or LPGA.

How many days should I attend?
For golfers who are looking to "tune up" and get ready for the upcoming golf season, our 2 and 3 day programs are perfect. For the golfer looking to "take their game to the next level", our comprehensive 4 day golf school is probably the best choice. For beginners or newer golfers, our 3 day program is the recommended choice. Whatever program you choose will offer a complete review of your entire golf game, from chipping and putting to the driver. We also offer some specialty golf schools focusing just on the short game or just on course management.

Do the schools offer Hotel Accommodations?
Yes.  We offer programs that include First Class Hotels that are located right at the Golf Course!  If you already have accomodations you can choose our commuter program wich is the golf school with out the lodging.

Can a spouse or friend take the golf school with me?
Yes, in fact you can bring a second person to attend with you for  33% off!

Your programs cost a bit more than group golf schools, why?
Our programs are a bit more expensive than the lowest priced schools, this is mainly due to the one to one student teacher ratio as opposed to being with 3 or4 other students, also we are at some of the best golf courses, combined with first class hotels, right on the course, we do extensive computer video analysis and our one of only a few golf schools that have Zelocity monitor technology for the latest in hi tech swing analysis as well as club fitting.  When you compare all the factors we think we're the best buy in golf!

 Also, our instructors are veteran, experienced PGA and LPGA professionals and we compensate them accordingly. At Golf University you will never have an inexperienced instructor or non-PGA/LPGA instructor.
